How to add a client using phone number on the VetNOW web app.(VPPs and Vets)

Overview:

1.Log in to VetNOW:

• Open your browser and go to the VetNOW web app using app.vetnow.com
• Enter your credentials (username and password) and log in to access your dashboard.

2.  Access the Dashboard:

• Once logged in, you’ll be taken to the main dashboard. Click on the "clients "option on the dashboard

3.Go to ' New Client':

• Once you've clicked on the "clients" option on the dashboard, look for the option labeled “New Client"

• Click on it to open the client addition form.

4. Choose 'Phone Number' as Primary Contact:

• In the client form, there are fields for both email(Not a required field) and phone number.
• Instead of entering an email, scroll down to the phone number section and enter the client's phone number (including country or area code).
• 

5.Fill Out Other Client Information:

• Complete the other necessary fields, such as:
  • Full Name
  • Gender 
  • Address
  • City
  • County

6.Leave Email Field Blank :

•  The email field is not mandatory, since we have chosen to have phone number instead. You can leave it blank.

7.Save the Client Information:

• Once you have filled in all the required fields, click the “create” button on the bottom of the client addition form to finalize adding the new client.
