What is a claim link?

In VetNOW, a claim link is an invitation link sent to a new client after a vet or VPP adds them using the Find Client or New Client option. The link is automatically sent to the user's email (if added using an email) and an additional auto-generated link is created for the vet or VPP to copy and share via the client's preferred messaging app if a phone number was used to add them. The claim link allows the client to claim their VetNOW account by creating their login password.
