How to Copy and Paste the Auto Claim Link as a VPP/Vet

Overview 

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for VPPs and Vets on how to copy and paste the auto claim link to send to clients for claiming their VetNOW accounts.

Steps to copy and paste the auto-claim link:

1. Log in to the VetNOW App using your credentials 

2. Navigate to the Client Section

Once logged in, navigate to the client section.

3. Add a New Client:

Click on "New Client" or "Find Client" to add a client who is not yet in VetNOW.

4. Fill in the Required Details:

 Complete the form that appears with the necessary details of the client.
5. Save the Details

After entering the information, click "create " to create a client.

6. Auto claim Link Generation

Once the details are saved, the system will generate an auto claim link for the client.

7. Copy and Send the Claim Link

Click on "Copy" to copy the link, then paste it into the client's preferred messaging app and send it for them to claim their account.
