How to invite clients not in VetNOW as a VPP/Vet using the find client section

Overview

On VetNOW, inviting farmers expands your network and streamlines remote consultations. This guide shows you how to quickly add farmers through Find Clients so they can easily connect, schedule appointments, and access VetNOW's features." 


Steps:

1.Log into VetNOW:
Start by logging into the VetNOW web app using your credentials to access your dashboard.


2.Navigate to the Client Section:
Once on the dashboard, go to the "Clients" section to begin inviting new clients that do not have accounts on VetNOW.


3.Find Clients

  • Click on Find Clients.
  • Enter the client’s email address or phone number(Include country code e.g. +254 71234) into the Find Client search bar.
  • Press Search to start the process.


4.Add a New Client

You will see a notification below the search bar in the Find Client section alerting you that the person you're looking for is not using VetNOW. Click on Add Them as a Client Here (denoted in blue, as illustrated below) to begin the process.





You’ll be redirected to a form to enter the relevant details. Once completed, click Create to officially add them as a client, and they will appear under your My Clients list.




5.Send a claim link:

1. Once saved as your client, you'll receive a notification confirming that their details have been saved, and an invitation has been sent to their email for account claiming. You also have the option to copy the claim link to share with them via SMS, or WhatsApp.


2. You can also send the claim link via email if you added them using their email. Click on Actions next to the client you’ve added, then select the option to send the claim link." You will receive a notification confirming that an invitation link has been sent to the client you’ve added.


Note(This is for find client section);

  • Currently, if you add a client using only a phone number, you’ll need to manually copy and share the claim link via SMS or WhatsApp by pasting it and sending it as a message. 
  • The claim link will automatically be sent to the client's email when you add them using their email.
