How to invite clients already on VetNOW as a VPP/Vet using the find client section

Overview 

Inviting farmers to connect with you as clients is essential for providing them with convenient access to veterinary services. As a vet or VPP, you can easily invite clients using either their phone number or email address if they are already registered in the VetNOW application. 


Steps:

1.Log into VetNOW:
Start by logging into the VetNOW web app using your credentials to access your dashboard.

2.Navigate to the Client Section:
Once on the dashboard, go to the "Clients" section to begin inviting new clients that already have accounts on VetNOW.

3.Find Clients:
In the "Clients" section, click on the "Find Clients" option. 

4.Invite the Client:
On the page that appears, search client by entering the client's phone number (add country code first with a "+")or email address in the provided field to send them an invitation.  5.Send Invite:
Once you enter the client’s email or phone number and search for them, their details will appear below the search bar that is if they are already in the VetNow app. Click "Send Invite" to send a request to connect with a farmer as your client



6.Receive Notification:
After sending the invite, you’ll receive a notification confirming that the invitation has been sent. If the client is already using VetNOW, you will also see a notification indicating this.  



7. View Invited Clients:
Below the notification confirming your sent invitation, you will see a list of clients you’ve already invited. This list includes the status of each invite e.g., "Pending Acceptance," This helps you track the progress of your invitations and take further action if needed.



when a client declines your invitation the status will change to declined.

When a client accepts your invitation, you will receive a notification under the notifications icon.

8.Manage Invitations:
By clicking under the Actions dropdown, you have the option to resend or cancel the invitation.


Note: A resend invite can only be done after 15 minutes of the initial invitation being sent.




Additional items on Resending and Cancelling Invitations:



  • Resending Invitations:

    If you attempt to resend an invitation to a client before 15 minutes has passed, you will receive a notification displaying the remaining waiting time before you can resend.


  • Canceling Invitations:

    If you cancel an invitation and then attempt to re-invite the same client, the 15-minute waiting period still applies.


  • Valid Invites Only:

    Farmers will only receive invitations for valid invites. Cancelled or expired invites will not be delivered to the client.



Conclusion:
Inviting clients that are already on VetNOW is quick and straightforward. By using their phone number or email, you can ensure that they have access to the services they need, improving communication and care.
