How to invite clients not in VetNOW as a VPP/Vet using the new client section

Overview


This guide explains how to invite clients who are not yet registered on VetNOW. By following these steps, you can add new clients to your network, allowing them to connect with you and access your services through VetNOW.


Steps to inviting a client not in VetNOW using the new client section


1. Log In


Start by logging into your VetNOW account to access the dashboard.




2. Navigate to the Clients Section


From the dashboard, locate and click on the Clients tab.

3. Add a New Client


In the Clients section, click on New Client. This will open a form for adding client details.

4. Enter Client Information


Fill in the client’s details in the form provided, including any required information.


5. Save the Client Details


Click Create to save the client’s information


6. Send the Claim Link   


After saving the client's details, an auto-generated claim link will appear at the top of your client list.   click on "Copy" then paste this link into their preferred messaging app.



Channel-Specific Instructions:


  • WhatsApp: Open WhatsApp, paste the copied link in a message to the client, and send.
  • Email: Open a new email, paste the link into the message body, and send.
  • SMS: Open your SMS app, start a new chat, paste the copied link into the message box, then send it to the client." 



You can also send the claim link via email by clicking on Actions next to the client you’ve added, then selecting the option to send the claim link.



You will receive a notification confirming that an invitation link has been sent to the client you’ve added.
 


Conclusion


By completing these steps, you can invite new clients to join VetNOW and establish a connection with them on the platform. Once they accept your invitation and register, they will appear as active clients, enabling you to schedule appointments and provide consultations through VetNOW.
