Managing your client list is important in your day to day activities with VetNOW. If you need to remove a client from your list, the process is simple and ensures that your records remain organized. This guide walks you through the steps to successfully remove a client and what to do if you want to re-add them later.


Steps to remove client from your client list:


1. Log in to the VetNOW app using your credentials(email and password). 



2. Navigate to Clients:

  • Click on the Clients tab from the dashboard menu to access your list of clients.

3. Find the client you wish to remove. On their entry, click the Actions button to reveal options.


4. Confirm Removal:

  • A confirmation message will appear. Review the prompt and click Confirm to finalize the removal.


5. After confirming, a green success message will display, indicating that the client has been successfully removed.

Removing a client is easy, and VetNOW provides the option to invite a client back at any time. Simply search for their email or phone number and send them an invitation to rejoin your client list.
