How to view or access your Notifications.

Notifications on the VetNOW web app keep you informed about important updates, such as new messages, appointment reminders, and other alerts. Here's a quick guide on how to access and view your notifications:

1. Log in to the VetNOW Web App

  • Go to the VetNOW web app and enter your login credentials (username and password).
  • After logging in, you will be directed to your dashboard, which is the central area where you can manage your account, appointments, and notifications.

If you're a VPP/Vet you'll see this;


If you're a farmer you'll see this;



2. Locate the Notification "Bell" Icon

  • On the dashboard, look at the top right corner of the screen.
  • You’ll see a small bell icon, which is the notification center. This icon is used to display any new alerts or messages related to your account.

3. Check for the Red Number Sign

  • When you have new notifications, a red number will appear on or near the bell icon. The number indicates how many unread notifications you have.
  • If there is no red number, it means you currently have no new notifications.

4. Click the Bell Icon to View Notifications

  • To view your notifications, simply click on the  notification ''bell'' icon.
  • A dropdown pop-up will appear, showing a list of your most recent notifications. These may include appointment reminders, system updates, or messages from other users.
  • You can click on individual notifications for more details or to take further action.
