How to view or access your Notifications

Overview


Notifications on the VetNOW app keeps you informed about important updates, such as, appointment reminders, and other alerts. Here's a quick guide on how to access and view your notifications.


Steps on how to view or access your notifications


1. Log in to the VetNOW Web App

  • Go to the VetNOW app and enter your login credentials (username and password). 

    2. Locate the Notification "Bell" Icon
    • After logging in, you will be directed to your dashboard, which is the central area where you can manage your account, appointments, and notifications.

    • On the dashboard, look at the top right corner of the screen for mobile and bottom left corner for desktop.
      • On Mobile:
        You’ll see a small bell icon top right corner of the screen and serves as the notification center. This icon is used to display any new alerts related  to your account.
      • On Desktop:
        You’ll see a bell icon labeled "Notification," located at the bottom left and serves as the notification center. This icon is used to display any new alerts related to your account.


3. Check for the Red Number Sign

  • When you have new notifications, a red number will appear on the bell icon. The number indicates how many unread notifications you have.
  • If there is no red number, it means you currently have no new notifications

   4. Click the Bell Icon to View Notifications

  • To view your notifications, simply click on the  notification ''bell'' icon.
  • A dropdown pop-up will appear, showing a list of your most recent notifications.
