How to Update Your Profile on VetNOW as a VPP or Vet

Overview

1. Log in to the VetNOW app

Access the VetNOW app and log in using your credentials. Once logged in, you will be directed to the dashboard.2. Click on your profile section
On the dashboard, locate your profile section in the top right corner of the screen. Click on it to open a dropdown menu

For Mobile:

You'll see options in the dropdown menu after clicking the profile icon in the top right corner as seen above. 

For Desktop:

You'll see options in the dropdown menu after clicking the profile icon in the bottom left corner. 

• General:
  Here, you can update your personal information such as name, email, and contact details.

• Registration:
  This section allows you to add or modify your appointment fee, input your registration number, and update your license expiration date.

• Payment Methods:
  Set up or manage your payment methods, ensuring your preferred payment option is linked for easy transactions.
  

• Notification:
  Adjust how and where you receive notifications. You can customize your notification settings to receive updates via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

• Site Preferences:
  This section allows you to manage your preferences within the VetNOW app, such as time zone and language. 

• Privacy and Security:
  Here, you can update your login credentials, such as changing your password. 

4. Save Changes

• After making the necessary updates, be sure to click the Save button to confirm and apply the changes.
  
  Please note, you can also click on view account settings on your dashboard to update your profile.
