How to Reset your VetNOW Password

If you've forgotten your password for the VetNOW Platform, you can easily reset it by following the steps below. This guide will help you regain access to your account quickly and securely.

Steps to Reset Your Password

1. Navigate to the Login Page

   • Open your web browser and go to the VetNOW Platform homepage.
   • You will see the screen below: 

2. Access the Forgot Password Option

   • On the login page, you will see the fields to enter your email and password.
   • Below the password field, click on the Forgot Password? link. 

3. Enter Your Registered Email Address

   • You will be directed to the password reset page.
   • Enter the email address associated with your VetNOW account in the provided field.
   • Make sure the email is entered correctly, as the password reset instructions will be sent to this address. 

4. Submit Your Request

   • After entering your email address, click on the Submit button.
   • You will see a confirmation message on the screen, indicating that an email has been sent with further instructions. 

5. Check Your Email Inbox

   • Go to your email inbox and look for an email from VetNOW with the subject line “Password Reset Notification.”
   • If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

6. Open the Password Reset Email

   • Open and read this email carefully.
   • The email will contain a secure link to reset your password. 

7. Reset Your Password

   • Click on the Reset Password link in the email.
   • You will be redirected to a secure page on the VetNOW Platform where you can create a new password.
   • Enter your email and new password in the provided fields. Make sure your password is strong and includes a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. 
   • Confirm your new password by entering it again in the confirmation field. 

8. Complete the Reset Process

   • After entering and confirming your new password, click on the Reset Password button.
   • You will be logged in to the application

The next time you want to access the platform, enter your new password. Keep your credentials safe at all times.

• Choose a strong password that includes a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• If you don’t receive the password reset email, check your spam or junk folder.
