Option 1:
a) Using the "Need Help" Section
- On the login page, click on the "Need Help" section.
- You’ll be automatically redirected to our Knowledge Base.
- Once on the Knowledge Base, click on Browse Articles to access and review various guides that can help you navigate the app smoothly.
- You can access the articles by searching for them using the search bar located at the top of the knowledge base page.
b) Using the "Need Help" section on the Forgot Password page
- Go to the login page and click on "Forgot Password."
- Once on the reset password page, select the "Need Help" link.
- You will be automatically redirected to our Knowledge Base. Once on the knowledge base click on browse articles to get access to all articles that would help in navigating the web app smoothly.
Option 2: Accessing Support from Your Profile
- Log in to the VetNOW web app using your credentials(email and password).
- On the dashboard, locate the profile section, typically found in the top-right corner.
- In the drop-down menu that appears, click on Support.
- You’ll be automatically redirected to our Knowledge Base, where you can find helpful articles to assist with any issues. Click on browse articles to access the helpful articles.
