The VetNOW Web App is designed to facilitate this connection, allowing you to receive invitations from veterinarians and veterinary paraprofessionals (VPPs). This guide will help you navigate the process of accepting or declining invitations, ensuring that you can easily engage with the professionals.

 1. Log In

• Navigate to the Log In page and enter your username and password. Click Log In to access the dashboard.
• Click on the Log In button to access your dashboard.

2. Access Notifications

• Once logged in, locate the notification bell icon on the dashboard

3.Review Notifications

• Look for notifications marked with a number in red, indicating new invites.
• Click on the notification to view the details of the invite.

4.Accept or Decline the Invite

• Upon reviewing the invite details, you will see two options:
  • Accept:
    • Click the Accept button to accept the invitation.
    • A notification will appear confirming that your invitation has been accepted, indicated in green.
  • Decline:
    • Click the Decline button if you wish to decline the invite.
    • A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your action. In the pop-up, click on Yes, decline this request to confirm your action.

• A notification will then appear confirming that the invite has been declined.

5.Undo Decline (if applicable)

• If you change your mind after declining:
  • Look for the Undo option in the notification confirming the decline.
  • Click on Undo to reverse your previous action.
• Once you click Undo, the invitation will be restored, allowing you to accept it.
