Managing how you receive notifications on VetNOW is quick and simple. Follow these steps to customize your preferences for email, SMS, or both.

Steps on how to access and update your notification preferences

1. Log in to Your VetNOW Account
Start by logging into your VetNOW account to access your main dashboard.

2. Access the Profile Menu

For Mobile:

Tap the profile icon located in the top right corner.

For Desktop:

Click the profile icon in the bottom left corner of the screen.

3. Open Notification Settings

For Mobile:

Tap “Notifications” in the dropdown menu that appears. You’ll find the dropdown menu by tapping the profile icon in the top right corner.

For Desktop:

Click “Notifications” in the dropdown menu that appears. The dropdown menu is accessible by clicking the profile icon in the bottom left corner.

4. Modify Your Preferences
A settings window will appear, allowing you to choose how you’d like to receive notifications. You can select:

Email only
SMS only
Email and SMS

5. Save Your notification Preference

Once you’ve selected your preferred notification method, click on save to save.
