How to access and update your notification preference as VPP/Vet :

Overview

In order to manage your notification preferences in the VetNOW app, follow the simple steps outlined below. This will allow you to choose how you’d like to receive notifications, whether through email, SMS, or both.

Steps to Adjust Notification Settings

1. Log in to the VetNOW app
Start by logging into your VetNOW account through the app to access the main dashboard.

2. Access the Profile Menu

For Mobile:

Tap the profile icon located in the top right corner.

For Desktop:

you’ll find the profile icon in the bottom left corner of the screen.

3. Open Notification Settings

For Mobile:

Tap “Notifications” in the dropdown menu that appears after tapping the profile icon in the top right corner.

For Desktop:

Click “Notifications” in the dropdown menu that appears after clicking the profile icon in the bottom left corner.

4. Modify Your Preferences
A window will appear where you can choose how you'd like to receive notifications. You can select:

Email only
SMS only
Email and SMS

5. Save Your notification Preference

Once you’ve selected your preferred notification method, click on save to save.
