Overview;
Expanding your availability on VetNOW by adding a new time interval means you’ll have more time to accommodate appointments with clients. This helps ensure that you can maximize your availability and provide greater support to farmers. Here’s how to add a new time interval to your schedule and make the most of your time on the platform.

1.Log into Your VetNOW Account

Use your email or phone number and password to log in.

2.Navigate to the Availability Section

From the dashboard menu, locate and click on "Availability."

3.Select the Day: In the weekly hours list, find the day you want to adjust and click "New Interval" just below the time you’ve set for your availability.

Note: The default availability time is set to Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

4.Set the New Time Interval

Enter your desired time range for this interval.

5.Save Your Changes:

 Click "Save Availability" to confirm your new interval.

6.Confirmation:

 After saving, you’ll be redirected to the availability hours section. A green notification will appear above the schedule, and the new interval will be visible, confirming that your changes have been successfully saved.

Conclusion:

By adding a new time interval, you effectively increase the time slots available for appointments, allowing you to better serve your clients and meet their needs. Regularly updating your schedule ensures that your expanded availability is accurate, helping you make the most of your time on VetNOW.
