 1.How do I schedule an appointment with a farmer?

To schedule an appointment, log in to your VetNow account, navigate to the “Clients” section, and 

click on Clients then click on actions on an individual client, select schedule an appointment.  Select a time and date that suits your availability and confirm the appointment. The farmer will receive a notification with the appointment details.

2. Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment? 

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel appointments. Go to the “Appointments” section, select the appointment you want to modify, and click on  “Cancel.” to cancel or edit to choose date and time that best suits your availability.

3. How do I view my upcoming appointments?

You can view your upcoming appointments by going to the "Appointments" tab on your dashboard. This section displays a list of all scheduled/up appointments, including details such as the date, time, and animal information. Additionally, you can access your upcoming appointments directly from the home section of your dashboar


4. Can I set my availability for appointments?

Yes, VetNow allows you to set your availability. On the dashboard, click on Availability, choose the days and times when you are available for consultations. This helps you schedule appointments that fit within your working hours.
