Canceling an appointment on the VetNOW platform is straightforward, whether you're a veterinarian or veterinary paraprofessional (VPP). This guide will walk you through the steps to cancel an appointment from the dashboard or the appointments tab, ensuring you can manage your schedule efficiently.

Steps to Cancel an Appointment

Option 1: Cancel Directly from the Dashboard

1. Login to VetNOW

• Start by logging in to your VetNOW account using your credentials. 

2. Locate Upcoming Appointments

• On your dashboard, you'll find a list of your upcoming appointments.
• 

3. Cancel the Appointment

• Next to the appointment, there will be a red Cancel button. Click on it. 

4. Confirm Cancellation

• A pop-up window will appear, asking for confirmation to prevent accidental cancellations.
• Press Yes, cancel this appointment to confirm. 

5. Cancellation Confirmation

• A green notification will appear on the screen, stating, "Appointment cancelled successfully." 

Option 2: Cancel Through the Appointments Section

1. Navigate to the Appointments Section

• After logging in, click on the Appointments section located in the main navigation menu. 

2. Identify the Appointment

• Browse your list of appointments and find the one you wish to cancel. 

3. Cancel the Appointment

• Press the Cancel button next to the appointment you wish to remove. 

4. Confirm the Cancellation

• A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click Yes, cancel this appointment to confirm the cancellation. 

5. Cancellation Confirmation

• A green message will confirm that the appointment has been successfully canceled.
