How to Edit Client Details on VetNOW as a Vet/VPP

Overview


Keeping your client's details up-to-date is crucial for accurate communication and seamless service delivery. VetNOW makes it easy for Vets and VPPs to update or edit client information at any time.


Steps to editing client details


1. Log in to VetNOW web app


Start by logging into your VetNOW account to access your dashboard.



2. Access the Clients Section

Once on the dashboard, navigate to the "Clients" tab

3. Select a Client to Edit
From the list of clients that appears, select the client whose details you wish to update or edit.



You can also update client details by clicking on "Actions" next to the client, then selecting "Edit Client" from the dropdown menu.




4. Edit the Client Profile


In the selected client's profile, click on the "Edit Profile" button, located opposite  the profile picture section above new appointment.





5. Make Updates


A form will appear with the client’s details. Make the necessary updates or edits, such as changing contact information.



6. Save Changes


Once you’ve made the updates, click "Save" to apply the changes and update the client’s profile.

After saving the client details, a green notification will appear below "My Clients." informing you that your client details have been saved.
