How to schedule availability as a Vet or VPP

The VetNOW web app is designed to connect veterinarians and veterinary paraprofessionals with farmers for telemedicine, consultation. Scheduling availability on the VetNOW platform ensures that professionals can offer their services at times convenient for them. Below are the steps for scheduling your availability.

1. Log In to the VetNOW web app:

Access the VetNOW app via app.vetnow.com and log in with your credentials.

2.Navigate to Dashboard:

Once logged in, go to the dashboard.

3.Click on Availability:

Find and select the “Availability” option on the dashboard.

4 .Choose Available Days:

Select the days of the week when you are available for consultations.

5.Save Your Schedule:

Click on “Save Availability” to update and confirm your schedule.

Please note, availability is defaulted to Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm that is the calendar starts on Monday instead of Sunday.
