VetNOW offers dedicated support to help users with any technical, service-related, or account issues they might encounter. The support team is committed to providing timely assistance to ensure a smooth experience for Veterinarians, VPPs, and Farmers.
To contact VetNOW support and submit a ticket, follow these steps:
Visit the VetNOW App:
- Open your browser and access the VetNOW app via app.vetnow.com.
Click on "Need Help":
- On the login page, locate the “Need Help” link and click it. This will automatically direct you to the VetNOW Knowledge Base Center.
Submit a Ticket:
- In the Knowledge Base Center, click on the "Submit Ticket" option.
- Fill in the inquiry form that appears with the relevant details and your issue.
Submit Your Inquiry:
- Once the form is complete, Check in the 'I'm not a robot'' box then click the Submit button to submit your inquiry to the VetNOW support team.
Once submitted, VetNOW's support team will reach out to you to assist you.
