VetNOW offers dedicated support to help users with any technical, service-related, or account issues they might encounter. The support team is committed to providing timely assistance to ensure a smooth experience for Veterinarians, VPPs, and Farmers.


To contact VetNOW support and submit a ticket, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the VetNOW App:

  2. Click on "Need Help":

    • On the login page, locate the “Need Help” link and click it. This will automatically direct you to the VetNOW Knowledge Base Center.
  3. Submit a Ticket:

    • In the Knowledge Base Center, click on the "Submit Ticket" option. 
    • Fill in the inquiry form that appears with the relevant details and your issue.
  4. Submit Your Inquiry:

    • Once the form is complete, Check in the 'I'm not a robot''  box then click the Submit button to submit your inquiry to the VetNOW support team.

Once submitted, VetNOW's support team will reach out to you to assist you.


OPTION 2:

To reach VetNOW support through the web app, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the VetNOW Web App:

    • Open your browser and go to app.vetnow.com.
    • Enter your credentials to log in to your account.
  2. Access the Support Section:

    • On your dashboard, click on the question mark icon located at the top right corner of the page.
  3. Submit an Inquiry:

    • An inquiry form will appear. Fill out the form with details about the issue or assistance you need.
    • If applicable, upload any relevant files that may help clarify the issue.
  4. Send Your Request:

    • Once the form is complete, Check in the 'I'm not a robot''  box then click the Send button to submit your inquiry to the VetNOW support team.

The support team will review your inquiry and respond with assistance through the contact information associated with your account.

  • Log in to the VetNOW Web App:

    • Open your browser and navigate to app.vetnow.com.
    • Enter your credentials and log in to your account.
  • Access the Support Section:

    • Click on the profile icon located at the top right corner of your screen.
  • From the drop-down menu, click on Support.


  • Navigate to the Knowledge Base:

    • You will be automatically directed to the VetNOW Knowledge Base Center.
  • Submit a Ticket:

    • In the Knowledge Base, click on Submit Ticket.
    • Fill in the inquiry form with the necessary details about your issue, and upload any relevant picture or video attachments if available.
  • Submit Your Inquiry:

    • Once the form is complete, Check in the 'I'm not a robot''  box then click the Submit button to submit your inquiry to the VetNOW support team.
