How to Cancel an appointment as a Farmer on the VetNOW App

Overview

As a farmer using the VetNOW web app, you can easily manage your veterinary appointments, including canceling and rescheduling them when necessary. Follow the steps below to cancel your appointment.

Steps to Cancel an Appointment

1. Log in to the VetNOW Web App:
Visit the VetNOW website and log in using your account credentials to access your dashboard.

2. Access the Appointments Section
Once on the dashboard, navigate to the "Appointments" tab, you will see two main categories of appointments:
Requested Appointments (appointments you have requested but are not yet confirmed)

Upcoming Appointments (appointments that are scheduled and confirmed)

You can also access your appointments by clicking on "view appointments" right below "home'' on the home page.

3. Select the Appointment:
Choose the appointment you want to cancel by clicking on either the "Requested" or "Upcoming Appointments" section, depending on it's status.

4. Cancel the Appointment:
Once you have located the appointment, click the "Cancel" button on it. You will be prompted to confirm the cancellation. Click on "Yes, cancel my request" or "Yes cancel my appointment" to cancel the appointment.

 5. Request Another Appointment:
After successfully canceling the appointment, you can request a new appointment with a different vet or for a different time, depending on your needs.
