1. How do I update my profile information?

To update your profile information, log in to your VetNOW account. Navigate to the  "Profile" section, select account, explore the account settings and save changes to update personal details such as your name, email, contact information, and preferences. Make sure to save changes after updating. For more information check out these articles;

2. Can I add multiple animals to my account?

Yes, VetNOW allow users to manage multiple animals under one account. You can usually find an option to "Add New Animal" or "Animals" section on the farmers side. Simply fill in the required details for each animal, and they will be added to your profile.

3. How do I delete my VetNOW account?

Currently, there is no option to delete your VetNOW account directly. If you're looking to remove your account, you can contact VetNOW Support at support@vetnow.com
